The Area Visit report During your year as Area Directors you will visit each club (possibly, or at least 75% of them) two times. Every time you will fill in a report, that is a very useful tool for the club, as well as for the Division Director and for the District Core team. Where is the Area Visit Report, and how do you fill it in? Where do you find all the info you need? What parts can you fill in before you visit the club? What to say and what not to say?
